HGM, Inc. has 18 years experience demarking all types of plastic packages! From DIPs to BGAs and everything in-between, we can handle it all.

Abrasive demark produces an even matte finish on the parts with excellent mark permanency results. This method works very well on metal lidded devices such as BGAs and cans. Special rails and cover masks insure that leads are protected during demark and our cleaning process means that you receive spotlessly clean parts.

Gold products can be chemically demarked both in and out of carriers. These types of devices include Flatpacks, PGAs, and LCCs.

INK MARK

We offer quality pad printing of all tube and tray products utilizing Markem equipment. We can mark DIP, SOIC, SOJ, PLCC, TSOP, BGA, QFP (all sizes), and TO packages.

Parts are processed through either dedicated rail or tray markers. This insures consistent placement of legends, quality of printing, and careful handling of devices.

All marking plates are created in house using Markem 612 laser marking systems for flexibility and quick turn around. Logos should be submitted in either black and white harcopy (no greyscale), TIFF or GIF file format. Check with us for other file formats.

LASER MARK

Using a Lumonics YAG laser, we can mark most types of tube and tray products. High throughput provides cost savings. This method is excellent for speed or add marking and backside marking of devices.

SCANNING AND CONDITIONING

For scanning of leads, we use a RVSI 3950 or TI 4060 scanner. The high speed RVSI can handle any QFP, TSOP, or BGA package with an accuracy of 0.00025 mils. The TI can scan and condition QFP, PLCC, and SOJ packages.

BAKE / DRYPACK

We stock high quality bags, dessicants, indicator cards, and boxes, and we can bake parts for any customer specified length of time.
